For many years in my role as Phase Leader I have acted as an effective link between staff and the leadership of the school. This role will I believe offer a further opportunity for me to make a real contribution to the strategic management of the school.
The governance of a school is very important in ensuring that it is run effectively. Governors bring a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge to their role which makes them an invaluable asset in helping to guide nurture the development of the school
